This Yatra or pilgrimage is a tour of four holy sites - Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath – settled high up in the Himalayas. In Hindi, 'char' means four and 'dham' refers to religious destinations.

ARRIVAL AT DELHI -THE CITY WELCOMES YOU

HIGHLIGHTS OF DAY ONE:

: MANSA DEVI TEMPLE
GANGA ARTI AT HAR KI PAURI GHAT

Pick up from Delhi Airport/Railway Station and drive to Hotel for Check in. Then proceed for Haridwar City Tour , first go to Mansa Devi temple vehicle will be parked in Parking . Proceed for Mansa Devi temple By trekking of 2.4kms or Ropeway after darshan move to Daksh Parajapati Mahadev Temple in Kankhal (law house of Lord Shiva ) after darshan of Kankhal Mahadev proceed for Chandi Devi Temple darshan via rope way or UDAN KHATOLA. Once darshan has been done back to Har ki Pauri Ghat to witness Ganga Aarti. Dinner at hotel and night halt.

Haridwar is situated on the Right side bank of River Ganga at the foot hills of Shivalik range ,at the elevation of 314MTS from the sea level. Haridwar is Holy City. The meaning of Haridwar or Haridwar is ‘The Gateway to God’. It is the one of Saptpuri according to Hindu mythology. It is believed that Ganga Snan Wash away the sins and help to attain Moksha. Millions of pilgrims, devotees, and tourists congregate in Haridwar to perform ritualistic bathing. Every morning and evening Purohit of Har ki pauri perform Ganga arti round the year, devotees took part of Ganga Aarti ask for the blessings.

PROCEED FOR BARKOT (175 KM)- 7 HOURS DRIVE

KEMPTY FALLS ON THE WAY TO BARKOT

After breakfast early check out from Hotel and start your journey for the base camp of Yamunotri Barkot via Dehradun Mussoorie Kempty fall Yamuna Bridge.

Barkot is a town at the elevation of 1220mts in Uttarkashi District in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is located on the banks of the Yamuna River. Barkot is the last big town near Yamunotri Dham.

Barkot is the base town for Yamunotri Yattra, here you will find better infrastructure and Hotel or Camp to stay, devotees prefer to night halt at barkot before Yamunotri Dham and after darshan they return to barkot for night halt

In the way of barkot you will see lakhamandal a place mentioned in Mahabharata .once reach barkot check into hotel for night halt. Dinner and have ample of rest.

YAMUNOTRI DHAM DARSHAN – BARKOT TO JANKI CHATTI (43 KM)- JANKI CHATTI TO YAMUNOTRI DHAM (7 KM BY TREK OR PONY)

YAMUNOTRI TEMPLE DARSHAN

Get up little early in the morning today. Have breakfast then get ready for the next point-Yamunotri.

Yamunotri temple is situated near Barkot in Uttrkashi District of Uttrakhand state of India. The elevation of the settlement is 3329 mts (10797ft).

Yamunotri temple is dedicated to Devi (Goddess) Yamuna which transform herself into a river named Yamuna, it bring up Old and new capital of India Agra and New Delhi both city are located at the bank of river Yamuna. According to mythology Yamuna is the Daughter of Surya(Sun) and sister of Yam (god of Death), and she was a one of prime wife of Lord Krishna. There is a hot water spring named Surya kund devotees bake there Prasdam (offerings) into the hot water kund.

After Yamunotri Darshan get back to Janki Chatti and drive towards Barkot for Night Halt.

BARKOT TO UTTARKASHI (82 KM)- 4 HOURS DRIVE

UTTARKASHI

Get up Early in the morning and get ready for a fantastic day. After breakfast check out the hotel and move ahead for the next destination.

Uttarkashi, meaning Kashi of the north, is a town in Uttarakhand, India. Uttrakashi is a base town for Gangotri Yattra or gaumukh Yattra.Since ancient times; Uttarkashi has been a meditational ground for many sages. This has been mentioned in Skand Purana that many sages have found solace here. Due to its serene and perfect location along the holy Ganges, Uttarkashi has always been the first choice for Yoga. Netala, a small scenic heaven around 7 KM towards the source of Holy Ganga (Gangotri Dham) is an emerging spot for Yoga Classes.

UTTARKASHI TO GANGOTRI DHAM (100 KM)- 4 HOURS DRIVE

GANGOTRI DHAM

Wake up early in the morning . After breakfast start for Gangotri Dham .Gangotri temple is dedicated to Live Devi (Deity) Ganga. Gangotri is situated in Uttrkashi district of Uttrakahand State of India. Gangotri town is located at the elevation of 3100mts (10200ft) from sea level. This place is source of Bhagirathi river which confluence with Alaknanda River in Devpryag and called Ganga Maa(mother). According to mythology King Bhagirathi performed perseverance to incarnation of Devi Ganga to earth from Swarg (Heaven). There is a rock named Bhagirathi Shilla and it is worshiped by devotees. Gaumukh the real origin of Ganga is 18kms from Gangotri most adventure lover, trekker and spiritual seeker reach out to gaumukh glacier every year.

After Gangotri Darshan get back to Uttarkashi for Night stay.

START FOR GUPTKASHI (194 KM)- 8 HOURS DRIVE

GUPTKASHI

Get up early in the morning and get ready for a superb day ahead. After breakfast check out from the hotel and start for Guptkashi .

Guptakashi, Gupta Kashi or Guptkashi is a fairly large town located at an elevation of 1,319 metres (4,327 ft) in the Kedar-khanda ('khanda' means "sector"), in Garhwal Himalayas of Rudraprayag district in Uttrakhand, India. It is known for its ancient Vishwanath Temple dedicated to the god Shiva, which is similar to the one in Varanasi (Kashi). The other well known temple here is dedicated to Ardhanareshvara, a half man half woman form of Shiva and Parvati. The name Guptakashi has legendary significance linked to the Pandavas, the heroes of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. Its religious importance is considered next to that of Varanasi, believed to be the most pious of all Hindu pilgrimage sites.

GUPTKASHI TO SONPRAYAG (34 KM)-GAURIKUND TO KEDARNATH TEMPLE (18 KM TREK/PONY)

Early morning get ready for the day . Go for Breakfast and Check out from the hotel. Proceed for Kedarnath Dham Darshan. Our vehicle will drop you at Sonprayag. You need to reach Gaurikund by union cab or by walk then start your 18km trek for Kedarnath or you can opt for Pony or Paalki .

Kedarnath temple is dedicated to lord Shiva and Kedarnath is one of twelve Jotrilingas of lord shiva. Kedarnath is the most incredible place and it is situated at the bank of Mandakini River a tributary of Ganga kedarnath town in Rudrapryag district of Uttrakhand State of India. Reach Kedarnath by evening and night stay in Hotel/Tent.

KEDARNATH TO GAURIKUND (18 KM)

TREK TO GAURIKUND

There is extreme low temperature in Kedarnath so you must be absolutely fit. Get up early morning and visit temple for morning Darshan, once it is done start for trek down and call to your driver or us share your location, keep trekking down, Do not follow short cut path , once reach Gauri kund call your driver to come out from Sonpryag Parking . Once you reach Sonpryag , meet your driver and drive to hotel in Guptkashi for night stay.

GUPTKASHI TO BADRINATH (197 KM)- 8 HOURS DRIVE

HIGHLIGHTS OF DAY NINE:

The morning in hillstations are incredible. Get up early in the morning and have your breakfast on time. Start for Badrinath Dham.

Badrinath is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Badrinath temple was reestablished by Adi Shankracharya in 8th century and it is believed that Adi Shankracharya spend a lifetime in Badrinath. Badrinath temple is one of SaptBadris (seven Badri) shrine Group dedicated to Lord Vsihnu.Reach Badrinath and check in to your prebooked hotel for night stay.

PROCEED FOR RUDRAPRAYAG (154 KM)- 6 HOURS DRIVE

BADRINATH DHAM DARSHAN

Early morning visit Tapt kund, It is a hot water spring take a bath in holy and warm water after taking bath visit Badrinarayan Temple get your Prasadam back to hotel have your breakfast. Finally check out from your hotel and drive towards Rudraprayag.

Rudranath Temple Rudraprayag is named after Lord Shiva, and the temple of lord Rudranath is situated at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. According to mythology Narada Muni worshiped god Shiva here to learn music from him. The god then taught him music in his form of Rudra (Lord of Music). There used to be a rock called Narad Shila, where Narada is said to have sat in meditation.

Once reach Rudraprayag check in to your prebooked hotel for night halt.

PROCEED FOR HARIDWAR (161 KM)- 5 HOURS DRIVE

Once reach Haridwar check in to your hotel . Have dinner and take ample of rest. The day wraps up.
