In the event of a cancellation of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason, we must be notified of the same in writing.  Please inform us of the reason at dvineservices2016@gmail.com
 

cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

 

If you cancel 60 days before the start of the tour or travel services, there is a 10% cancellation fee.

 

If you cancel 59 to 30 days before the start of the tour or travel services, there is a 20% cancellation fee.

 

If you cancel 29 to 15 days before the start of the tour or travel services, there is a 25% cancellation fee.

 

If you cancel 14 to 7 days before the start of the tour or travel services, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

 

If you cancel 6 days or less prior to arrival OR No Show: NO REFUND.

Note: Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days except Sunday. Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
